We recommend passengers to arrive at the North Peace Regional Airport (YXJ) at least 1.5 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure. This allows sufficient time to:
Locate a parking spot.
Enter the airport with luggage.
Check-in with the airline.
Hand over checked bags to the airline.
Proceed through Security.

The main terminal building of the North Peace Regional Airport is open daily from 4 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.
When travelling within Canada, passengers 18 years of age or older must have government-issued identification (ID) with a photo or two non-photo government-issued identifications, including the person’s name and at least one that includes the date of birth and gender.

Baby food, baby drinks and breast milk fit into the exempt category, but they have some restrictions. Guests must declare these items to the screening officer for inspection. Please visit the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) website to see a specific list of what is allowed.
No. The North Peace Regional Airport is open daily from 4 AM to 11 PM. The airport office operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
For dining options, the Spicey Fusion Restaurant is available during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Short-Term: Enjoy up to 30 minutes of complimentary parking in the main lot on us. (This excludes metered parking.)
Hourly: $1 per hour, to a maximum of 8 hours
Daily: $10.00 including GST
Annual Corporate VIP Pass: $2,500 plus GST
Reserved parking close to departure doors, with plug-in availability. Complementary access to our secure key box.
Accessible Parking: Accessible Parking is available in the Public Parking Lot, directly in front of the Airport Terminal Building.
